Q: Can you go workout after seeing your chiropractor?


A: For the love of god, yes. Please stick to your normal training schedule*


One of the best things you can do for yourself after getting chiropractic care is to stay active and moving. We do our best to help you achieve better biomechanics, and taking those skills to the gym/road/trail, will help you continue to feel better for longer.


*Exception: if you are seen at our office for very acute pain and are sincerely having difficulty with activities of daily living and movement, we will work with you to ease back into activity safely.
